Soaked oat breakfast scrumminess

This breakfast recipe is super easy to make you just need to be a bit prepared and remember to prep the oats the night before

About 3 tablespoons of oats
Add some kind of yummy liquid to cover them with such as nut milk / apple juice or a combination of homemade kombucha and nut milk in my case!
1/2 banana
a few blueberries
kiwi fruit (or whatever fruit takes your fancy)
some chopped nuts
organic yoghurt if the mood takes you

Leave over night

In the morning:
Layer up the ingredients in a bowl according to your to your tastes eg fruit then oats then nuts etc
I start with banana and finish with nuts and blueberries

Enjoy! (with a spring green and nettle smoothie in my case)
